Con-sequence

Do you always have the chance or the space to execute steps 1-8 of a sequence on the floor? So why is a sequence a useful thing to learn? It may work, for you to learn sets of steps, but then aren’t you just replicating them on the floor? Dancing like a carbon copy of someone else. What seems more useful is to use a sequence as an example of musicality, floorcraft, or incorporating a tango idea. Peeling away the wrapping and finding a present that really is useful for your dancing. Then you won’t need to count on the floor.
